With ripe kiwifruits, orange juice, honey, and ripe banana, you will have the smoothie ready within no time.
The benefit of this smoothie is that it is made up of fruits and honey, allowing them to give you whole nutrients, unlike mixing them with yogurt or milk.
I know many of us like milk, but for the deliciousness of the smoothie, don’t use milk to avoid making the smoothie bitter.
Furthermore, you can blend the smoothie the way you want while adjusting the orange juice if you want it less thick or adding more bananas if you want it thicker.
