Shipment Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control).

Due to these security measures, which currently take place everywhere internationally at all companies, there may sometimes be delays in the delivery of our packages. We guarantee that you will receive your parcel – but if your parcel is affected by a delay, we kindly ask for your understanding.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
[kulturshock.biz] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.
Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS] right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
Free shipping on exchanges is limited to standard delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and APO/FPO addresses. Excludes bulk orders and drop ships. If express or overnight shipping is requested you will be responsible for the full shipping cost. Entire order must ship to a single address. Standard return policy applies. Returned/exchanged items must be repackaged in the original boxes with all labels, and all products being returned or exchanged must be in new condition. All orders must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt. Make sure to specify whether the item is being exchanged or a refund is being requested. Items not being exchanged will be refunded the full price minus a $6.99 restocking fee. Promotion may be modified or terminated at any time. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply
